Stephen LaCount has taught and written extensively on a variety of business law subjects, including international trade control compliance, data protection and privacy regulation, intellectual property rights and e-commerce. Many of his articles and presentation materials are collected here and available for downloading, including a copy of his outline and sample form International Distributor Agreement distributed to participants at his presentations hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Small Business Administration.

He currently serves as an adjunct professor at California State Fullerton's Mihaylo School of Business teaching a required business law course to undergraduates.
